The course is a single loop 5K. 10K runners will do the course twice.
Awards for top 3 male and female overall and top male and female in
age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-40, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
This will be a covid compliant race
No race race day registration, awards will be mailed.

RACE DESCRIPTIONS:
5K/10K
This is a 100% trail run, running through the Winding Trails Nature Preserve. It is a double loop course. The trails are not technical which makes it a good first time trail race.
RESTRICTIONS:
No double dipping
No pets allowed in the park
No headphones allowed while racing
No strollers or baby joggers on course
